ETRE CERTAIN DE VOTRE APPEL, C’EST LE BUT DE VOTRE VIE

Votre aide-mémoire

-          Par APPEL il faut entendre, une invitation pressante à faire quelque chose, à s’engager dans quelque chose, dans une mission quelconque, etc.

-          Le MINISTERE désigne un service quelconque ; une œuvre ou une charge quelconque.

-          La CONSECRATION désigne le fait d’être consacré(e) c’est-à-dire, être dédié(e) à Dieu. D’être donné(e) ou dévoué(e) à Dieu.

Et donc, quand nous disons que Dieu vous appelle, comprenez par-là que Dieu vous invite instamment à vous engager ou à faire quelque chose, pour faire avancer son œuvre (le Ministère). Vous devez donc vous consacrer à cette chose ou à cette œuvre, pour ainsi satisfaire aux attentes de Dieu à votre égard. Votre bonheur, et votre vie toute entière dépendent de votre obéissance ou non à l’appel de Dieu.

Et voici maintenant le message du jour.

L’appel à servir Dieu est quelque chose de très précieux, et doit être pris avec beaucoup de considération. En fait, il constitue le but même de notre vie, d’autant plus que chacun d’entre nous a été créé pour un but quelconque (Proverbes 16 : 4). Vous n’êtes donc pas dans le monde par pur hasard. Vous avez une mission à y accomplir, et cette mission avait été planifiée avant même que vous n’ayez été conçu(e) en tant qu’une personne. Votre naissance se justifiait donc par la nécessité qu’il y avait pour vous de venir répondre à un besoin préalablement identifié par Dieu.  Vous êtes la solution de Dieu par rapport à un problème donné. On peut donc dire que vous êtes né(e), et vous vivez, pour le besoin de la cause. Cette cause constitue donc le but de votre vie.

Ce qu’il convient de savoir par la suite c’est que, la seule façon pour n’importe lequel  d’entre nous d’obtenir le droit divinement accordé d’exercer un ministère quelconque, est d’être envoyé. De recevoir un appel direct et personnel du Seigneur lui-même. Pourquoi donc cela ? Parce que, si vous vous invitez par vous-même dans le ministère, vous ne vous sentirez redevable envers Dieu et par conséquent, vous allez faillir dans ce que vous avez à faire.

Il convient également de mettre en tête que l’appel en ce qui concerne le ministère, ne peut pas vous être légué par la famille, par les amis, ou même par l’église. Vous devez recevoir de Dieu une connaissance révélée, claire et incontestable. Alors, vous serez en mesure de dire si vous êtes en train d’obéir à Dieu ou pas. Il n’y a pas de juste milieu. Aucun compromis n’est possible.

Nous constatons aujourd’hui que l’engagement des gens dans le ministère ou dans une carrière, sans préalablement avoir reçu un appel de Dieu, pose un très sérieux problème. Cela s’explique par le fait que ces gens ne comprennent pas que l’appel est une consécration.

Quand vous dites que vous avez été appelé par Dieu pour le servir, vous devez alors comprendre que cela signifie UNE CONSECRATION. Il y a sept aspects à prendre en considération pour cela :

1.      Sachez avec assurance que Dieu vous a véritablement appelé à le servir dans le ministère, à travers une carrière, ou dans un autre domaine ;

2.      Tenez-vous à l’écart de l’imitation, et soyez ce que Dieu vous a appelé à être ;

3.      Mettez-vous à l’écart avec Dieu (dans la prière), et restez seul(e) avec lui, autant de temps qu’il faudra, pour chercher sa volonté concernant votre appel ;

4.      N’oubliez pas qu’il est un Dieu qui parle, et que vous, vous êtes une personne douée de parole. Ne doutez donc pas qu’il désire vous parler personnellement, que ce soit distinctement, au travers d’une impression profonde, ou par sa parole. Dieu parle tantôt d’une manière, tantôt d’une autre (Job 33 :14) et donc, il finira toujours par vous parler. Peut-être qu’il l’a même déjà fait, ou qu’il est en train de le faire, à travers le présent message ;

5.      Rappelez-vous que c’est faisable et que vous pouvez connaître le chemin dégagé que Dieu trace devant vous. Ne dites pas à Dieu, «Seigneur,  je me suis engagé dans quelque chose, mais ça n’a pas marché alors, montre-moi autre chose que je devrais faire », non. Dites plutôt, « Seigneur, tout ce que j’essaie de faire jusqu’ici dans ce que tu m’as appelé à faire, ne marche toujours pas. Si tu peux me faire voir une voie de sortie. Une voie dégagée par laquelle je pourrais arriver à m’en sortir ».

6.      Mettez du temps à part (prière), cherchez Dieu, étudiez sa parole et la vie de ceux qu’il a appelés, demandez-lui de se révéler à vous, et croyez qu’il va le faire.

Beaucoup de gens aujourd’hui apprécient les hommes que Dieu a utilisés par le passé, simplement parce qu’ils ont appris les exploits, les miracles que ces hommes-là ont pu accomplir dans leur ministère, et les avantages qu’ils ont retirés du travail de Dieu mais, rares sont les gens qui s’intéressent à ce que ces hommes de Dieu ont connu comme défis, obstacles ou difficultés.

7.      Décidez-vous. Accepter de répondre à l’appel de Dieu, c’est une question de décision car parfois, vous aurez des sacrifices à faire.
